Happy Holidays, fellow Kinkmemers! I have returned and have no reasonable excuse for my absence except LIFE. I will be working on updating the archives. If anyone sees anything amiss, please let me know.

I am also hoping to find another Mod and an Archivist.

The more dedicated people we have in this Meme the less chance of it dying. I admit that being the sole keeper of the Meme is not great for the fandom. If something were to happen to me, for good, this place would go the way of the Fallout Kink Meme. Let's not let that happen! Madanach's really quite sweet for a guy who hangs deserters by their entrails (or something like that). :)

I think this is my favorite section so far. You very much succeeded in showing that Liriel is a badass, and the mortal/incrediblylonglivedelf dynamic, which could easily have been cliched, was genuinely moving.

This prompt is brilliant and a great twist to throw in the vast world that is Tamriel. I hope someone fills it! Can't wait to read it, anons!

If he surrendered he wouldn't be Ulfric Stormcloak, which would be even more tragic. You're not alone, though - I was so angry at the whole situation that I literally, in-game, flung Tullius' sword down on the floor of the Palace of the Kings and stalked out when it was all over.

I haven't written fan fiction in years... I want to break my silence and fill this..:

Oh original OP here! I forgot something, but as there is no fill yet; read a Brynjolf/Mercer fic somewhere else and please no use of the word "pet" please. I have a strange sort of hatred for lover calling the other "pet", even when the relation is ... unequal.

If I'm not mistaken, it's primarily the females of the species that tend to go into heat. And there have been a few Khajiit-in-heat fills on this meme.

In fact, I think I remember a fill about a Khajiit Dragonborn getting an unexpected visit from Brynjolf when she was in heat.

Not just females go into heat. Male snakes have a heat - as do bull elephants. *shrugs*

DA but "heat" in this sense has a very specific definition that only applies to female mammals. Bull elephants go into musth. Snakes, male or female, have a mating season determined entirely by environmental factors rather than a clockwork internal cycle. And I can't believe I'm posting this.

My bad, male elephants rut. Musth is another unrelated cycle.

One thing I realised earlier on today was people might start writing the LI/DB having an affair behind Ulfric's back, that's a massive turn off for me, hope you don't mind? I'd just rather the DB be absolutely loyal to Ulfric, even if she doesn't want to be.

I, too, was moved by the "immortal" loving a mortal dynamic and this story is GREAT and I was UNPREPARED when I started but it is GREAT and I am FULL OF FEELINGS and I am SO GLAD I read it and WEH. ;n; I LOVE YOU. Keep writing you're amazing I love you I hope you become famous someday.

Framing me for murder and tossing me in Cidhna Mine? Really not cool. But killing sweet, well-meaning Eltrys, who couldn't forget his father, who only wanted to see justice done, who had a child of his own on the way? EPIC DOVAHKIIN RAGE - which resulted, in my case, in the swift and brutal deaths of Madanach, Thonar Silver-Blood, and several Markarth city guards, followed by searching out Eltrys' wife in hopes of being able to do SOMETHING to make the whole scenario slightly less awful. Except there's not.

Can someone please fix this for me? Have the Dragonborn give her 20,000 septims, or Vlindrel Hall, or a personal escort out of Markarth to anywhere in Skyrim she'd prefer to live. Or just do something to honor her husband's memory, like the quest Elisif gives you regarding Torygg's war horn. I don't care how large or small. I just want Eltrys not to be a footnote in Markarth's game of thrones, and his wife not to be stuck raising a newborn in the Warrens and working for the Silver-Bloods while wearing tavern clothes.

(A zillion bonus points if you give Thongvor Silver-Blood something to say other than "My brother tells me you've done us a service." No, you bastard, I haven't. I didn't kill Madanach for you.)
