Oh my Talos this is GOOD. You've characterized Tullius perfectly, and Shae is a fantastic counterpoint. I'm really looking forward to this. In the game Ulfric is a fascinating character with a great backstory, but Tullius has the potential to be just as fascinating with his own backstory.
