I want to see arrogant, brooding, traditionalist, leave-your-criminal-past-in-the-past Ulfric Stormcloak forced to work with smooth-talking, irreverant, rules-are-made-to-be-broken Brynjolf. Maybe to get rid of Maven Black-Briar (she's an Imperial supporter and attends Thalmor parties, after all, and even when the Stormcloaks win she's still de facto ruler of Riften)? I just think putting these two in the same room would be hilarious. Ulfric would growl and grumble and grit his teeth over working with a thief, and Brynjolf would mock him cheerfully and possibly even take him down a much-needed peg or two (because for all Ulfric's talk about honor, he's not afraid to play dirty *cough*Torygg*cough*). They might even make a good team if they didn't kill each other first.
