I'd like to see the spouse's feelings as the DB suddenly changes in behaviour, maybe acts guilty, maybe the spouse thinks his/her love is cheating on them... however, their end draws near, and when the spouse finally touches the pillar and realizes what their beloved one had been up to, I want to know how they feel, and what they think. Do they feel betrayed? Do they understand? Can they forgive the beloved DB with their last breath?
