A faithful servant of Boethiah (who also happens to be the DB) knows it is not enough for the Daedric Prince of deceit to have someone loyal murdered at the shrine, oh no, it must be someone special. Someone who is close to the DB. A spouse, for example.

I'd like to see the spouse's feelings as the DB suddenly changes in behaviour, maybe acts guilty, maybe the spouse thinks his/her love is cheating on them... however, their end draws near, and when the spouse finally touches the pillar and realizes what their beloved one had been up to, I want to know how they feel, and what they think.
Do they feel betrayed? Do they understand? Can they forgive the beloved DB with their last breath?

Give me angst, give me heartbreak, give me nightmares!
