Meme Announcements!
ANNOUNCEMENTS: UPDATED 12/16/2017
Happy Holidays, fellow Kinkmemers! I have returned and have no reasonable excuse for my absence except LIFE. I will be working on updating the archives. If anyone sees anything amiss, please let me know.
I am also hoping to find another Mod and an Archivist.
The more dedicated people we have in this Meme the less chance of it dying. I admit that being the sole keeper of the Meme is not great for the fandom. If something were to happen to me, for good, this place would go the way of the Fallout Kink Meme. Let's not let that happen! If anyone would be interested in Modding/Archiving, please drop me a line. Thanks! <3
DB + Any Somebody Needs A Hug!
(Anonymous) 2013-03-21 11:21 pm (UTC)(link)Someone is feeling a little blue. Maybe it's the weather, maybe Mara hasn't smiled on them today, maybe they haven't killed as many things today as they'd like. DB sees this and, after careful consideration, decides that a hug would help. The problem? The DB just isn't very tactile, and doesn't really know how to give proper hugs.
Allow the shenanigans to ensue.
If the hug(s) lead to shenanigans of a sexay nature OP has no squicks except non-con and bloodplay (not that I think anybody could make such a fluffy prompt work for those kinks, but just in case) and OP likes ALL the races (furry Khajit cuddling is just as OK as cute Breton knee-high hugs^^)

Awkward Hugs 1/?
(Anonymous) 2013-03-31 01:28 am (UTC)(link)One day he was going to wonder how in the world he ended up as Archmage and general shoulder to cry on in the College. That day was not today.
Right now, he had to deal with a distraught Colette. Her words, frantic and sounding close to tears, unnerved Harris. He wasn’t good with people. Especially upset persons of the female persuasion. You couldn’t tell a woman to man up while keeping your distance.
“Restoration magic is a perfectly valid school!” she declared, as if she didn’t know his views on it. It was handy and useful stuff, especially if he was going up a mountain alone. “Isn’t it? Why do they have to do this to me?”
Oh, now came the waterworks. “Look, Colette—“ and wasn’t it just the awkwardest thing that up until a short while ago, all the mages here were either his classmates or his teachers? It wasn’t as though he could suddenly switch out sorta-maybe looking up (not literally, there were a lot of Bretons here. Bretons were short) to the professors to seeing them as equals. “You do know that. Restoration is extremely helpful, if not the most practical school to study.”
“You really think so?” she sniffed.
“I might be biased, but I wouldn’t be here today without it.” Unfortunately, this seemed to do little to help her mood. She grew a bit more dejected. Why? He had no idea.
Okay, what did he do in a situation like this? Talking wouldn’t help. Talking never seemed to help. What could he do—could he just reach over and… He hadn’t even noticed that she was so close, distracted by her general state of emotional turbulence. Evidently, Harris could just pull her in and she latched on.
It didn’t work so well as he thought it would. She clung on to his midsection, the height differential between Nords and Bretons being what they were; his snow-dusted outfit surely wasn’t the most comfortable of things, and Harris was stood stiff-backed. He didn’t know how to extricate himself from this situation, so he fell back on his life philosophy. Run with it until the worst part was over. Maybe that wasn’t the best thing to do, but… He patted her back gently. Bretons just seemed so frail and slight to him.
A moment of silence passed before he cleared his throat and said, “Look, the College is a dangerous place. Sometimes people need some healing. Could that be using up your supplies?”
Finally, finally she started to pull away. She looked up at him. “That’s… That could be true.” Colette wiped some of the salt tears away. “I’ll, I’ll look into it. Thank you, Archmage.”
He cringed as she walked away. One day, things like this would just stop happening to him. Someone else, infinitely better with people could do this, but that didn’t seem to be any time soon.
