Meme Announcements!
ANNOUNCEMENTS: UPDATED 12/16/2017
Happy Holidays, fellow Kinkmemers! I have returned and have no reasonable excuse for my absence except LIFE. I will be working on updating the archives. If anyone sees anything amiss, please let me know.
I am also hoping to find another Mod and an Archivist.
The more dedicated people we have in this Meme the less chance of it dying. I admit that being the sole keeper of the Meme is not great for the fandom. If something were to happen to me, for good, this place would go the way of the Fallout Kink Meme. Let's not let that happen! If anyone would be interested in Modding/Archiving, please drop me a line. Thanks! <3
Minifill!
(Anonymous) 2013-06-19 08:35 am (UTC)(link)Characters: Erik the Slayer, Dragonborn
Kink: Gen fic
Erik stared slack-jawed at the sight before him. A dragon, and honest-to-Gods dragon had attacked them, just while they were walking out of Whiterun! All they heard was a "whoosh" of wind, and a flap of wings and suddenly the biggest bloody lizard he had ever seen was upon them, breathing scorching flames and roars. Erik could swear he had heard it laugh.
He had been rooted to the spot, made immobile by a mixture of fear and awe - and probably would have stayed like that until the dragon burned off his ass - except he spotted his leader spring into action, sprinting for cover while calling for Erik to follow. He managed to snap out of his trance, bolting for cover as hungry flames licked at his heels, and a sinister shadow loomed overhead. On command, Erik drew his bow and fired as best he could at the beast, managing one or two good shots to it's leathery green wings. The guards joined them in the fight, firing their bows at a rapid pace while screaming insults at the behemoth.
His leader, though, fought the hardest, disappearing in a flurry of blades, bows and magic. The sky itself seemed to tremble as they let out a godly battle cry, leaping up onto the beast's head when it landed. They slashed their blade across it's gaping maw, and plunged it into a glaring yellow eye. The dragon roared in anguish, and in fury, turning its spiteful gaze onto his mentor, and gave a quick snap of its jaws. Erik's heart dropped as he heard the teeth scrape across his friends armour and watched in horror as they stumbled, only to be shocked again as they managed to not only get up, but charge towards the beast with a cry of impending victory. A blade was sunk into the mighty dragon's head, between its eyes, grunting with the effort - but the grin of a battle won was all over their face.
Erik thought that was the end of it, but he was wrong. Before his eyes, the dragon was...burning? No, that wasn't the word - it was turning into ash but with no heat. Vaporised was what it was, its scales and flesh turning into ash, leaving only the bones behind. And there was a light too - vibrant colours twisting their way towards his friend. The lights seemed to... seemed to absorb into them, their head tilted back with a look of serenity on their face. By the Nine - was he seeing things? What his friend was doing, could he really be...?
As if they heard his thoughts, his leader turned towards him, taking small steps forward as if they had just woken from a dream. Erik fell to his knees, muttering a prayer.
"Y-you? Dragonborn? I-I had no idea, forgive me, I beg of you! To be in the presence of such a warrior-" Erik was cut off by a wave of his friend's - the Dragonborn's - hand, and they smiled and gestured for him to rise.
"Many thanks, Dragonborn. But...but why didn't you tell me this before we left Rorikstead? If I had known..."
The warrior gave a sly smile.
"You didn't ask." They replied, before bursting into a hearty laugh. Erik looked confused for a moment, before he too joined his friends, until tears of mirth streamed from their eyes, both happy to alive after a battle such as this.
Erik grabbed his pack, taking an itinerary of what was spared from the fire. He looked towards his companion and smiled; Well Erik, he thought to himself, you wanted an adventure, and by the Gods you sure chose a good way to find it. He hoisted the sack over his shoulder and followed his friend to the market, readying himself for the fights to come.
