Meme Announcements!

ANNOUNCEMENTS: UPDATED 12/16/2017

Happy Holidays, fellow Kinkmemers! I have returned and have no reasonable excuse for my absence except LIFE. I will be working on updating the archives. If anyone sees anything amiss, please let me know.

I am also hoping to find another Mod and an Archivist.

The more dedicated people we have in this Meme the less chance of it dying. I admit that being the sole keeper of the Meme is not great for the fandom. If something were to happen to me, for good, this place would go the way of the Fallout Kink Meme. Let's not let that happen! If anyone would be interested in Modding/Archiving, please drop me a line. Thanks! <3

Sleepless - Part 86/?

Vilkas and Ariella walked up the steps. Vilkas led them up the steps slowly, Ariella following behind idly wrapping her hand as she trusted Vilkas to guide her through the darkness. It was obviously no secret to her how he navigated the steps. Vilkas glanced back at Ariella, her face was full of such wonder as they walked up the steps.

He smiled at just how big her smile was, they hadn’t even seen anything besides the darkness of the stairs yet.

“I don’t understand what you’re so happy about, we haven’t seen anything yet.” Vilkas said with a laugh.

“Vilkas, that was an Akaviri blood seal. A blood seal and my blood unlocked it. That magic is so old, forgotten. It could be possibly the last time a blood seal is ever unlocked again.” Vilkas didn’t understand magic and didn’t really want anything to do with it but it seemed to make Ariella happy. “I have so much to write down.”

They reached the top of the steps and the room laid open before them. The setting sun filtered in from gaps in the roof and provided the room with little lighting. Vilkas could see the room quite clearly but Ariella’s squinting proved she couldn’t.

Vilkas turned Ariella so she was facing away from the room. “Stay here.” Ariella raised an eyebrow but did as he said.

He lit a torch and then lit several candles and fire pits, which lit the room almost entirely. Most importantly it lit up the giant carved wall, Vilkas assumed that was the wall they were looking for. It seemed to be in perfect condition.

“Turn around.” Vilkas called back to Ariella. She turned around and took in the now lit room. Her eyes fell to the carved wall and she raised her hands to her face.

“By Talos…” Vilkas heard her barely whisper to herself. She stepped forward and Vilkas walked over to meet her. “It’s perfect…”

Vilkas looked at her, she was about to cry. Vilkas had never met anyone so passionate about something like this before. She looked around the room and then seemed to regain her composure.

“I have so much to write down.” Ariella repeated.

“Lets have a look at the other rooms?” Vilkas suggested, raising the torch. Ariella just nodded and put a hand in his.

He led them through the temple. It had many more rooms and Vilkas thought it would. There were sleeping quarters, an armoury (with blades armour that brought Ariella to more tears), a training room, a kitchen, a library and so many more rooms. After they explored the temple and the outside of it, they made their way back into the main room that had the wall.

Ariella reached for her pack to get her journals but Vilkas stopped her. “Sleep first, tomorrow you can write away.” Ariella wanted to protest but simply nodded and waited for Vilkas to set up a place for them to sleep. He put out most of the lights in the room and laid out their bedroll on the floor in front of the wall.

As they settled down Ariella tucked herself into Vilkas’ side.

“So the whole Werewolf thing doesn’t freak you out?” Vilkas asked, breaking the silence.

“Does the fact I have the soul of a Dragon freak you out?” Ariella replied, she turned so she was looking up at him. He shook his head and she gave him a look that answered his question. “When did you get the blood?”

Vilkas answered her question and every other question she had for him. Soon he found that he couldn’t stop talking about himself. He told her about his childhood, being left at the Companions and the man who he was fairly certain was his father, never coming back. He told her all about how even though he and his brother had essentially been orphans they were never really without a family. He told her about his own testing day and the day he joined the circle.

He told her everything about him freely as if the secret of the blood had freed everything else about him.

Vilkas had been telling her about some hunt he and his brother had been on when he realised Ariella had fallen asleep. He didn’t blame her really, perhaps in the morning he could ask her some questions and know more about her.

nice description of their entry into Sky Haven Temple. Ariella is really nice when she gets excited, beautiful the way Vilkas spoke of him to her! :) Look forward to the sequel! Great as always!

I wonder how they will react once they find out where defeat Alduin! I also wonder if the Silver Hand will make a new move in the meantime!
