Meme Announcements!
ANNOUNCEMENTS: UPDATED 12/16/2017
Happy Holidays, fellow Kinkmemers! I have returned and have no reasonable excuse for my absence except LIFE. I will be working on updating the archives. If anyone sees anything amiss, please let me know.
I am also hoping to find another Mod and an Archivist.
The more dedicated people we have in this Meme the less chance of it dying. I admit that being the sole keeper of the Meme is not great for the fandom. If something were to happen to me, for good, this place would go the way of the Fallout Kink Meme. Let's not let that happen! If anyone would be interested in Modding/Archiving, please drop me a line. Thanks! <3
F!DB + Forsworn: "For the People" 3/?
(Anonymous) 2015-07-30 04:44 pm (UTC)(link)“I do.”
“Then it is my honor to name you a soldier of the Reclamation Movement,” Rosheen said, resting the blade of her sword on the former Stormcloak’s head. “Please submit any evidence of your affiliation to Ulfric Stormcloak to Madanach, and then visit Kaie in the war room to provide us with information about yourself.” The young Nord nodded obediently, looking up at her as he rose.
“As you wish, ma’am,” he said. The woman smiled, leaning back on the throne. A steady stream of blue-clad soldiers had been entering and exiting the Palace of the Kings all day, either to pledge their allegiance or to part ways with their armor and pay respects to their former leaders, who lay in open coffins near the throne. Rosheen was surprised to see how many of them had chosen to join her, and suspected that her Nordic blood may have had something to do with it.
“Killing General Tullius certainly helped your case,” Madanach remarked when she brought it up to him. “They probably think you were more on Ulfric’s side.”
“I hope it stays that way,” Rosheen had replied, shaking her head. “The last thing we need is a rebellion from the inside.”
By the time they had sifted through all of their new soldiers, it was nearly the next morning. Exhausted, Rosheen stretched her arms over her head and moved gingerly from the throne, looking among her comrades as she headed for the war room.
“What’s next?” Kaie asked, leaning over the map. It had been cleared of its red and blue flags, and replaced by small sticks decorated with nightshade petals. For now, there was only one, standing proudly in Windhelm.
“Now? We sleep, before we do anything else,” the Nord replied, laughing weakly. “But after that, I’d recommend dressing warmly. We have quite the walk ahead of us. We’re going to High Hrothgar.” Madanach smirked slightly, nodding his approval.
“Getting the Greybeards on your side early, I see,” he said. Rosheen smiled wryly.
“I’m Dragonborn, Madanach. The Greybeards are sworn to my service regardless. They were never interested in political struggles, but they work for me. And they’re well respected. I need their help to create a summit.” When the two Forsworn shared a confused glance, she went on, gesturing at the map. “The Moot is still a vital tradition, no matter what. This is still Skyrim. I’m going to gather the Jarls, among others, and ensure that they declare me Queen.”
“What if they don’t?” Kaie chimed in. Rosheen shrugged.
“They will. I know them. And I will have the opportunity to see which Jarls support me…and which don’t. As Queen, I can determine Jarls, and I’ll be able to ensure that every hold has a strong leader who swears fealty to me.” She turned away, heading towards the door that led to her new chambers. “Get some rest, both of you. I want you at your best to represent me.”
