This is the first time she’s been asked to join him and Aela in one of their random huntings and here she was staring at him in disbelief, mouth open and everything. He usually talks to her to either give her a quest or ask for an errand. This was her opportunity to try and impress him and maybe, just maybe catch his attention and make him fall in love with her.
She could show up her archery skills, not that she had any really, but Aela made it look like a piece of crostata. Surely it wasn't as hard as it looked. Thales had never lifted a sword in her life and still passed the Companion’s test with Vilkas. This was definitely her opportunity and she was not going to let it go to waste.
“Yes, I would like to!” Looking up, she was met with Skjor’s eyebrow raised as he stared at her questionably.
“They left about a minute ago.” Shaking his head, the man decided to go back to his business.
Thales drank the rest of her water in a hurry and ran out the hall to catch up to her shield-siblings.
