Vilkas loses control while he's a werewolf and ends up raping a not transformed Farkas. The thing about werewolves, though, is that just like wolves, they knot. Vilkas regains control of himself while he's knotted inside Farkas and is horrified by what he's doing, but he can't even pull out until the knot has gone down. Angst, angst and angst for Vilkas, made even worse by Farkas being shaken afterwards but still incredibly understanding and adoring his brother as much as ever.

Oh, and while some injury is fine, like scratches and bites, I'd prefer if Farkas isn't terribly damaged 'down there'. Like, no major tearing. I guess that would be a squick.

A question OP,

I'm new to knotting and if I attempt this I want to be true to your head cannon.

When Vilkas regains control of himself while he's knotted inside Farkas, were you picturing him transformed until the knot goes down? Or can he still be knotted when human?

Yes, I would imagine he'd still be transformed since the knot would be a part of his werewolf form. Or, if it works better for you, he could be mostly turned back with only his cock still in werewolf form because that's just what happens when werewolves mate or something. Whatever works for you, anon! I'm not too picky :)
