Well, there isn't such a thing as a "half khajiit hybrid", but you could use the race from this mod to sort of do the same thing? http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/20627 <-- Dagi-raht Khajiit race mod. Like, human face with cat ears and fur. They look really nice.
