Gen Promt: Now with more factions!

So I'm replaying Skyrim (For the 18 billionth time, but that's another story) and I was going through the quests like I normally would. Pick a side, join some guilds that correspond with my character skills, blah, blah, blah... and...I just sort of wanted more. This is a common side effect of playing any game too much and already getting the "Next DLC plz" itch but yeah...if you could write in a new group or a story about an existing group in skyrim...what would it be? The possibilities are endless and you really dont need to have the Dragon Born as the main character. I would really like to see what kmeme would do with this. As always multi-fills are encouraged.

So, so, so... my promt ideas are the following:

1)Create a new faction to toss into the melting pot of Skyrim.

2)Write a story about an existing faction (helpful linky below). (Just a side note... I would personally love to see more stuff involving the Silver hand, or Thief!Elf!DB joining the Summerset Shadows, or the Bard's College actually doing things.)
