Dyce, Dyce, Dyce, Dyce! I love you! Seriously! You make me wish I had a cock, just so you could love me too. (I know, I know, and I could fem!Dom him to tears, trust me-but it's not love)

This was absolutely everything I was hoping for when I requested it and then it was even more! The dialog *The Dialog!* Who reads Kink meme for the dialog??? And yet, it was so very good! I loved the serious discussion about what the Hell happened with Mercer and Nocturnal.

There are a few other stories that have tacled that, but most have been lacking. And it's not hard to understand why- you are trying to explain the unexplainable. Why would Mercer do such a thing? Mercer, who on one hand really did care about the Guild and on some level the Dragonborn, but who was also willing to steal (okay, thief!) and kill? What caused that? What was he thinking? And what the hell does a Daedric prince have to do with it all? It's in so many ways the best writing in the game. (I only think the Paarthurnax story comes close) And I do believe that Dyce is right- Mercer got played. That's what Daedra do! When you flip the story and look at it that way, it's obvious.

And it's also way telling that the solution to the problem, is that you Take His Place.Yes, now you are the Guildmaster, but you are also Nocturnals personal pull-toy. That's a losing position to be in any way you look at it. No wonder Dyce had to get out and that Brynjolf has been emotionally MIA. And Karliah, the oldest of the three, is doing to oldest sibling trick and trying to be the pleaser. It's fucking textbook psycholgy.

And you, my beloved Dyce!Anon, managed to nail this all in 6 fucking chapters!!!! God Damn It I hate you. Especially when you were able to also have a significate personality change in Dyce (thanks Dibella!) and a seriously hot sex scene! All I can say is I hope you got excellent terms when you sold your soul.

The dialog about sex was as good as the actualy sex, and that's simply not fair. I'm so impressed what you managed to nail Brynjolf's personality- yeah, he *IS* all about the chase. Hell, even in the game, once he's got you in the guild he doesn't have any time for you. The whole 'Sorry Lad (Lass) I'm busy' crap. And Dyce is, and always has been, a fabulous, horrible tease, except when he isn't. You'r character work is flawless, as I've come to expect.

As I hoped, you really went to town on what a beautiful hunk of Nord man Brynjolf is. I love how you describe them and I really love how much they excite Dyce. His appreciateion of Nord cocks is so honestly, delightfully dirty. He really turns lust into something beautiful and I deeply enjoy his debauchery.

When it was over, I honestly felt really good for the two of them. So many times I want Dyce to have more of a relationship with his partners, and feel like he's leaving things unsaid and unexplored- emotionally incomplete, if you will. (Because I'm a monogamist at heart) But in this case, I really felt like they were just in a much better place, not requiring a much more. Sure, a repeat would be fun times, but it's not 'needed' if you know what I mean. I can only assume that Erandur's lessions about sharing Dyce's feelings have really made a change in him for the better.

I'm not sure what that says about your talent as a writer (significant) or my obsession as a reader (scary!) that I'm so deeply invested in Dyce's emotional progression, but there it is. At least I try to be honest.

Thank you so much Dyce!anon for such an excellent story! You made my wishes come true and I'm a very happy Dyce!fan. Anytime you need suggestions for Lord Dyce I'd be very happy to make them (Dragons) and in the mean time I will enjoy what you have shared here.

Dyce did list Vex among the people he loved - and oddly enough he seems to have some kind of ongoing thing with her. If I'd actually gotten around to writing Tembre-Wide-Arm's story he would have loved her as well, I'm sure. I know most of Dyce's fans are probably there for the slash, but I'd like to write him a bit more seriously with a female NPC at some point, but they're just not prompted as often.

Anyway, I'm glad you liked! It took me ages to write this fill; the hardest part was the transition from seriousface!discussion to smut. Brynjolf was not cooperating for a while there.

Dragons are probably going to have to wait until I've finished the main quest again - I didn't pay all that much attention to them the first time though, I must confess.

Well, it would be hard for Dyce to not love Vex I suspect. Their personalities are well matched. Not the same, mind you, but they interlock quite well. Plus, Vex is undeniably awesome and has similar goals and hobbies as Dyce. (As opposed to, say, Rune)

As for a serious Female NPC- I will put my mind to it. Most of them are insanely over-done (Lydia, Aela, Elisif, etc) or completely invisible. Give me some ideas as to what Dyce likes in people without penises.

And Brynjolf is a wily character. I'm impressed you could get that much out of him.

As for Dragons, all the interactions are available on youtube, fyi. You know, if you'd like to spend more time writing than playing or something.

Dyce likes sexually confident women, he doesn't insist on them being dommes, although he likes it - but he's so not a dom himself he doesn't have much interest in submissive women.

Youtube's okay, and I've used it before, but playing the game gives me greater context. Not to mention, I still have some achievements to get.

You're right that I should be writing more though; I've a novel to edit so I'd better get back to it.
