Another Midas Day!

So funny story – last night playing skyrim I was at Lakeview manor storing stuff. As companions I have Vigilance the war dog and Seranna. (I was working on the DG Qwest chain) At my house is a carriage driver Gunjar a bard Llewellyn my housecarl Rayya and I made Marcurio as my Steward. I have a daughter whose name is Lucia and a son named Blaise. Lucia has a pet Frost Spider and Blaise has a pet Dawn guard Dog. (Both children are equipped with frost steel daggers) My character is married to Vilkas and I had a glitch where Ria apparently hung around my house. LOL – I think she is trying to get Vilkas to hook her up with Farkas.
OK so Now – I leave my house and hear a “Hail Sithis” We are attacked by an Argonian Black Hand Member (I haven’t killed them yet) while fighting the assassin 4 bandits come out and attack. Along with a traveling vampire and some mistfire vampires. THEN we are also attacked by an ELDER DRAGON. While darting between bandits and Vampires Around the side of the house there’s a GIANT attacking my cow!
And the spider, dog, and 2 children are killing a Drauger! (Where did that come from)
(At this point I am laughing asking who sent out the invitations and to kill the courier for sending them to the wrong people.)
Needless to say –the entire household was fighting and we won with no losses but I fell over laughing.
Afterwards all I get is complaints about the weather, can I sing something, Hey momma, Hello Love, Yes my Thane, I killed a bear, and Where do you want to go. Marcurio just started to mine1 (WTF Lol)
How can everyone be so nonchalant?
BTW I’m totally giving all my housecarl and stewards a raise and moving the kids to Whiterun to be trained by the companions Lol!
Can someone write this out it was terribly amusing?

(Anonymous) 2012-12-02 03:08 pm (UTC)(link)Reminds me of why I never build Lakeview. The location is beautiful BUT it's one of the most attacked homes from what I've read. Bad neighborhood, I guess. The necromancer down the hill near the sacrificial altar should have been the first clue.
In my experience Windstad Manor in Hjaalmarch is one of the most peaceful places to raise a family! Sure, it's a creepy swamp but it's eerily beautiful and has a spectacular view of Solitude in the distance. The most to worry about is the dead Draugr that occasionally spawn on my lawn.
