You guys remember the quest where Breylna botches that spell and transmutes the Dragonborn into various animals? Here's an alternative outcome to the quest.
The Dragonborn is more than a little irritated with the fetching young dark elf, and says something along the lines of, "you're going to be in hot water when Mirabelle hears about this!" she's desperate to avoid reprimand (maybe transmutation of students is against the rules?) and begs him not to tell on her, that she'll do anything (and maybe let's slip that she finds him incredibly handsome, because why not?).
Any. Thing. *suggestive eyebrow wriggle*
Turns out the spell gave the Dragonborn a rather magnificent dick, and a similarly massive sexual appetite.
She must be his slave for a week's worth of adventures, both of the regular and sexual variety; She must service him when he demands it, wear what he commands (the tavern wench outfit, Forsworn armor, Her undergarments, etc.), but she cannot orgasm for the duration, no matter how much he teases her.
Other than no bathroom stuff, you're free to do what you will.
