So, part of my Skyrim headcanon is that all major towns have public baths. These existed in ancient Roman times, so must be possible with Skyrim-level technology. Also, all major towns have a river or lake or sea water readily available.
Public baths are segregated by gender. Lots of naked men together, lots of naked women together. Some of them have to be interested in same-sex sexings, right?
