It would only make sense as the two would SO be in synch with earth other based on their strong ground interest of books and knowledge. Since Urag would obviously tear you limb from limb if you even so much as a droplet of your sweat stain the page of any book out of his pristine collection. Hamaeous Mora would have done the same. So I would just love it if the Daedric Prince of Knowledge allow Urag the infinite one chance opportunity to visit his realm of numerous books.
You can write it as pure crack if you like or wish for a splendid charming tale regarding Urag's meeting with old Mora.
Bonus Points would be added if the Dragonborn intentionally or unintentionally allows Urag access to reading a Black Book he has no clue of its contents. For example, the Dragonborn may have used a Black Book to defend him/herself from the enraged devoted Librarian.
