Sorry for dropping off the face of the web, life happened. Hmm...well, I do have a thing for female Bretons, that's for sure. Something about magic makes it incredibly satisfying when you finally go from a weak-ass nobody in robes to someone who can incinerate dragur in one hit...but now I'm getting off track.
If you don't mind bending the lore a little bit, how about an Imperial or Breton (either gender) who had the Wabbajack to begin with? Instead of getting it from Sheogorath in Skyrim, it was passed down in the family. The DB's constant use of it in Skyrim (as well as his/her other antics and ruckus-making) are what attract Sheogorath's attention away from Pelagius.
