Okay Skyrimmers, OP is going to need some orc/orc lovin'.

Long story short, this lady orc is too-orc to fit in with humans (eg: "Look at those tusks! I'd never let that near my pecker!") and too-human for the orcs (eg: "She hardly has any tusks at all!") and has endured mocking all her life. She didn't grow up in a Stronghold for whatever reason (thankfully?), and is now on her own, kicking ass.

Give me a sharp-tongued lady who doesn't believe this fullblood orc dude is really into her. Imagining one of the fine gents you meet outside the Strongholds (like maybe the smith in Markarth with the sister who is also a smith in Markarth?), whom we might expect to be more tolerant of her clearly half-blooded self.

And I want this orc dude to really go after her, and show her she's orc enough for him. Sexy, sweet, or whatever, just make it genuine.

I've got a character for this! She's not quite an exact match, but close.
Duraz is half altmer/half orc, mostly taking after her mother. Unfortunately for Duraz, among the characteristics she inherited from from her father was a build better suited to stab-and-run than charge-with-a-battlehammer. To add insult to injury, she also ended up being short. Combine that with having been raised by her altmer father for the first half of her childhood, and then being packed off to an orc stronghold for the second – well, let's just say she's got a bit of a Napoleon complex.
Meaning, she carries around a greatsword almost as tall as she is, wears heavy armor that weighs half as much as she does, and 'goes hunting' by chasing after elk with a war-ax. She's utterly, completely ridiculous.
