Silence filled the room.

“So,” Jaenna continued, “you can always try to work out some negotiations with Jarl Ulfric Stormcloak. He may be more generous with you than I would. Either way, I trust you will tread carefully when you do, considering his forces will vastly outnumber those of the Imperial Legion.”

More silence.

Jaenna cleared her throat. See if anyone could accuse her of neglecting politics now! “Elisif, my dear, if you would be so kind as to accompany me to the edge of Solitude?” Jaenna used her sword to nudge the other woman into standing. “That way, I can avoid further decimating your ranks getting out of this wretched city, fetch my horse, and be on my way.”

I really apologize for the wait, anons. I’ve been busy with university classes and my creative writing course sucks up all my writing time. :c I didn’t get to edit this chapter as closely as I did with the other ones, so please forgive any grammatical errors. I hope that this longer chapter can make up a bit for the wait! Thank you everyone for being so patient.

I love your dragonborn and I absolutely love the play out of the plot line. I can never decide which side of the civil war is lesser of two evils, and I'm not quite a fan of either side. Can't wait to see what else you're throwing at us.

P.S. I know how those university classes grab at you and take all your time. Pain in the bum!

I just sat and read the whole thing- this story is AMAZING! Pleasepleaseplease do write more. Your characters are incredibly well-crafted, and the interactions between them are delightful. Plus the sex is hot. You're a fantastic author!
