"Hush. Don't make a sound," the dragonborn tilted his head thoughtfully. He drew his bow and fired. There was the sound of an impact and then silence. The dragonborn smiled fiercely. All fang and cruel pleasure, "gotcha this time."

"This time?" Alexa whispered cautiously, but the dragonborn ignored her to peer forward. They had never been here before. What this time was this?

"Come on ya little bas-there!" His voice changed to a whisper as another arrow took flight. A choked sound reached their ears and he smirked wider as he watched something she couldn't see. It was eerie how he would be so precise and careful. A stalking cat rather than a dragon beneath green skin, "that'll teach ya to cut my head off."

She blinked as he killed a third man, muttering something about a nutshot. Whatever that was. She wondered how the dragonborn seemed to always know exactly where he was no matter where they went and how many were in a cave before she could even see the size of it. He never revealed his secret, but from his he talked it wasn't a pleasant experience.
