“The Spring Wind That Blew Through Dragonsreach” F!OC/Farengar Secret-Fire, 3i/?
Date: 2013-09-28 01:30 am (UTC)They walked down to the Temple of Kynareth. Cots supporting wounded men and women lined the hall. Priests and priestesses walked along the rows, treating those with the most serious injuries. After Farengar and Olria entered, another two soldiers followed them inside, bearing a third on a stretcher.
They spent the rest of that day healing the wounded of Whiterun to the point of sheer exhaustion. For the next week, they continued to aid the priests and priestesses. They spent their nights in the temple resting, without the energy to return to Dragonsreach.
Farengar would never have worked himself so hard for these soldiers – he’d truly wanted nothing to do with the entire civil war, but he’d been unable to avoid the Jarl involving him. Olria, on the other hand, wanted to help everyone here. She didn’t discriminate between any of the injured. To her, they were not soldiers who’d fought a stupid battle – they were people who needed her.
Because Olria refused to leave, Farengar remained as well.

Hope you enjoyed! I originally planned to end it here. However, I have since come up with some more ideas and threaded them in to this last chapter. At least another two parts are in the works. I am busy this weekend, but I will see about posting part four next week. It is already done and only needs proofreading. I feel it will be the best instalment yet. Thanks again for reading! :)
