I just thought about it last at the last moment, thinking how Neloth would just love to have a child/excellent test subject from the Dragonborn. I mostly thought about him caring about the only chance of having sex and producing an offspring of Mia, however I will leave it up to you to portray his potential affections or not.
It would be awesome if you do but I want you to have fun with it and not feel obligated to do so. :)
