The reason why their worship a daedric prince instead of a divine, if their god brings them something or have a kind of connection with them, how their family or friends reacted when they found out about their religious activities, if they are in a kind of sect or pray alone, what are their rites etc...

And that's when the thief notices the DB and their LI doing the do, and thanks Nocturnal that they're too distracted to notice the strange person creeping around or any missing objects. The problem is, now that the thief is aware of the couple they're too anxious to make any sounds, so they stay hidden where they are and just... Wait for the couple to finish, in a story that will later earn the thief many laughs from their Cistern comrades.

Bonus points and the OP's first-born if:

- The couple is really, really loud.

- In the end it turns out they noticed the thief first, but had more pressing matters at hand.

So in Skyrim there's apparently little in the way of courtship, you just see what you want and go for it.

I'd like to see a DB (female, preferably Nord for the purposes of this prompt) who got married pretty much on a whim. Maybe they met their spouse at the local inn and talked all night, really hitting it off, had an amulet of Mara and... well, the rest is history.

Except after the war is done, and Alduin is defeated, they come home properly and live 24/7 with their spouse, only to discover they aren't as compatible in the long run. They still have a great relationship; they stay up all night talking sometimes just like they did when they met, have fantastic sex, but day-to-day a lot of things about each other grate on them.

tl;dr F!DB gets married soon after meeting their spouse and learns why other cultures have this courtship business.

I'd quite like a happy ending with them working out a solution to their problems, whether that's an amicable separation or just living in separate houses, but take this prompt where you please.

If you include smut, my squicks are bathroom stuff and I'd rather not see any out-and-out sadism.

Hello kmeme!

I have this prompt that I've been thinking about a whole lot - basically, I play as a typical Nord, Companion, Goody goody F!DB who was raised in a church or whatever and never does anything bad (initially). However, I also love me some Brynjolf, because who doesn't, and I kinda sorta want to see them interact, but my paladin-y stealing-is-wrong wouldn't touch the Thieves Guild with a 10-foot pole.

Basically what I'm asking for is that for some reason, a really moral, really law-abiding DB somehow ends up helping the Guild, without actually being IN the guild, and all the complications that come with that. Maybe she get's banged up and someone (cough*bryn*cough) brings her to the cistern and heals her, and she feels like a debt is owed? (bitch is all about honour and debts)

I will sell my uterus if somehow:
- the DB is a companion, and all the thief are like "wtf she can't sit with us"
- the DB is a nordly nord female, and can swing a sword and everything

Inspired by the fact that my xbox slim is about to die on me and i got a replacement one. So my mother borrowed the soon to be dead xbox and now she's raiding my game collection. I'm hiding Skyrim in case she gets any ideas.

Now on to the prompt. The Dragonborn introduces one of their followers to something outside of their usual interests, and the follower not only likes this new interest but gets really into it.

Example, the Dragonborn insists on Farkas learning a healing spell to enhance their survivability on quests, Farkas not only enjoys the fact that he can now heal himself and not have to bother a healer, but is quite intrigued by the Wards and Repulsion spells in the Restoration school, to the point where he'll go clear out a barrow for some repel undead practice.

It doesn't just have to stop at skills in game either, maybe the DB and Mikael end up discussing sexual conquests and Mikael gets talked into sleeping with M!DB, then realises that it's just as much fun as chasing women, but men are more likely to put out, and thus becomes a bit of a manwhore.

Just a dragonbron introducing a follower/friend to something they get really into to an obsessive level, but not Skooma or Sleeping tree sap etc.

A Greatly Disturbed Dragonborn

For this prompt, I want to read about your Dragonborn being deeply traumatised by what they've seen or experienced that caused them to go into a shell-shock state of sorts - such odd behaviours as wandering around aimlessly, forgetting to eat, spacing out, troubling facial expressions etc.
This gets their friends, followers and colleagues worried enough to pry into what has reduced them into such a state. They pour it out, all of it, that will shock and disturb their peers. It could be something so dark from what they've encountered on their previous travels (such as exploring Frostfruit Lighthouse, clearing a Vampires' Lair, when slaying a dragon, exploring a ruin, disrupting a dark ritual etc) or something on one of their assignments (such as clearing out rivals, on assassination/theft contracts, bounties etc).
For example, they may have seen a particularly disturbing scene of torture; rape; murder; feasting or such committed by Bandits, thieves, vampires, werewolves/bears, rogue mages, Falmer etc.

Make me squirm and feel devastation and slight lose of hope at the horrors the world allows to exist.

Bonus if the prisoner gets his vengeance on all/some of his rapists or his defilers get bad karma (like they may be cursed or something by a god the prison whore worships to).

So ya know how there is a somewhat wild pack of werewolves living up in the snowy mountains of Solstheim? Ya well, what if there was also a roving band of Ashlanders as well? For those who are unfamiliar with them, Ashalnders are nomad tribes of Dunmer who are aggressive towards intruders on their territory. They are xenophobic and war-like and this has kink meme written all over it.

How about a fill where F!DB or F!PC is exploring Solstheim and catches the attention of these Ashlanders... Or maybe just one young male and he takes to following her around. They had been bound to Markarth for separate jobs, but the Reach was dangerous, and it had seemed prudent to travel together. Cynric might have had the makings of an assassin once, but he was no bandit brawler. Thrynn was accustomed to travelling the wilds of Skyrim, and unfazed by all the myriad ways the land had to kill travelers.

The journey had gone smoothly, or as smoothly as any journey went in Skyrim, and Cynric had dared to think that perhaps they had slipped free of the ill luck plaguing the Guild. He had met with his contact outside Markarth and come to an agreement, and it seemed everything was going smoothly.

Until he and Thrynn had set foot in the city, just in time to witness the murder of a young woman.

Attempted murder, that was. While Cynric had still been processing the murderer’s intent, Thrynn had jumped forward and tackled the man to the ground. When the two parted a few moments later, Thrynn’s clothing had been soaked in blood and the would-be murderer’s throat had been disposed of, along with any hope the two thieves had of slipping into the city quietly.

The intended victim, an Imperial called Margret, had descended into appropriate hysterics before awarding Thrynn with some trinket in a show of gratitude, and Cynric had made the mistake of hoping that would be that.

Not so. Margret had cornered them again in the Silver-Blood Inn. At first Cynric had thought she meant to bed Thrynn, but the truth was far worse- she was offering a chance for heroics. As she explained it, she was an Imperial spy, and the man who targeted her had been a member of Forsworn. She wanted to know why they were targeting her- and she thought Thrynn and Cynric the men for the job.

Thrynn had gotten that obstinate look on his face, the one that said nothing less than a catastrophe could move him from his decision, but Cynric hadn’t tried. His curiosity had been piqued by the spy, even if his sense warned him away from anything involving the Forsworn.

Thrynn’s chivalry and Cynric’s curiousity, look where it had got them. Right into the depths of Cidnha Mine. Cynric laughed bitterly.

To keep the meme orderly, I have planned to create a new part once the current one hits 5000 comments.

As for Fill-A-Thons, I would like to continue them, but I have come to the conclusion that prompt freezes keep people from posting which in turn slows down the overall activity in this kinkmeme - most of the posts are requests, after all. If people will not be inspired to fill a prompt, I am not so sure that having a Fill-A-Thon will suddenly make them want to do so. Of course, this is up for debate, so feel free to discuss about the matter in the Discussion or FAQ thread.

So we know that Nivenor's marriage to Bolli is apparently on the rocks, and according to the Requested Report you can find in Bolli's house, she apparently likes to sleep around. And especially with the Ethereal Elven mod installed, she is lovely. Now, if that isn't a kink meme fill waiting to happen, I don't know what is.

I'd like to see a one-night stand or full-on extramarital affair between Nivenor and an M!DB of your choice. I primarily selected M!DB for this prompt because she leaves out the "company" part of that piece of dialogue when speaking to an F!DB, which suggests to me that she primarily prefers men. Race doesn't really matter for this particular prompt, but a roguish DB (thief or assassin) would definitely be preferred, both for being the type to pursue this kind of arrangement/relationship with a married woman, and for knowing the best places to lay low and, if necessary, to steal away with someone for a night of fun.
